I was moved to write this

I see the stars at night

And they twinkle bright

And how magnificent is their light

While they dazzle in the skies

Oh I saw how they exalt the Lord God on High

My Lord Jesus Christ

And how they remind me He extends His love

with each sparkling star

is His glorious whisper

and  He says

“I will always love you

And I shall be with you

Wherever you are

And I shall cradle you when you cry

I shall be with you even when you think I am absent

I shall dwell with you forever more...”

The Lord God Jesus yea, my loving God

He said “I love you so much so

That I hung on the cross to die for you

Oh I shall never leave you an orphan

Nor shall I forsake you in times of trouble

My love shall extend to you

With each sparkling and twinkling star

I shall light you in the dark wherever you are

In the distance I shall draw the star from Heaven on high

I shall bring the star to hover about you in the skies

Yeah I shall be with you because I love you...”



This is for my counselor, friend and paternal figure whom I respect and love as a person and for all he's doing and done for me.

I've never felt so loved and happy in my life...save for the communion I have with God. I truly praise God for His wondrous deeds.
